• Verification Documents: For military/LEO/first responder discounts, we may request proof of status

• To send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and access codes
• To comply with legal and tax requirements
• To prevent fraud and ensure the safety of our guests and property
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To verify eligibility for special discounts (military, LEO, first responders)
• To support documentation needs for TDY, PCS, and contract-housing guests staying near Eglin AFB, Duke Field, and Hurlburt Field, and to comply with local Crestview short-term rental ordinances

We share your information only with trusted service providers:

• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Resend: For email delivery (confirmations, notifications)
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties

All third-party services we use are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

For military, law enforcement, or first responder discount verification:

• Please redact your Social Security Number, pay rate, and date of birth
• We only need to verify your status, not sensitive personal details
• Verification documents are used only for discount eligibility
• Documents are automatically deleted 30 days after checkout or upon request

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications (booking confirmations will still be sent)
